“I wanted to let you know some of the results I’ve experienced over the last 3 weeks. For starters I have lost 7 pounds but that’s not what I’m so excited about. The biggest change that I’ve had in my body is solid sleep – the kind where you lay your head down and then wake up in the morning. No tossing or turning and no waking up in the middle of the night!
